Help Shape the Future of Support for Blind and Visually Impaired People

Galloways is inviting blind and visually impaired people, along with their families and carers, to take part in a series of consultation sessions to help shape our future strategy.

These sessions are your opportunity to share your experiences, talk about the challenges you face, and help design the services and support that will make the biggest difference in the years ahead.

Who can take part?

You can take part if you:

  • Are blind or visually impaired

  • Live, work, or attend school in Lancashire or Sefton

  • Are a family member or carer supporting someone with sight loss

How to get involved

Consultations will be held:

  • In person at local venues

  • Online for flexible access

This ensures people of all ages and circumstances can take part.

Why your voice matters

By listening directly to the people we support, Galloways can build a strategy that reflects real needs, priorities, and lived experiences.

Your input will help shape the future of services for blind and visually impaired people across Lancashire and Sefton.

If you would like to have your say and help shape future support in your area, we encourage you to join one of our upcoming consultation sessions.
