How Galloways can help

If you or someone you care about is living with sight loss, it can feel overwhelming at first. You’re not alone — and support is available.

Since 1867, Galloways has provided support to people living with sight loss across the North West to live independently, stay connected, and feel confident in everyday life. We are a local sight loss charity providing practical, emotional and social support to people who are blind or partially sighted.

We offer a wide range of services designed to help people adjust to sight loss and continue doing the things that matter to them. This includes one-to-one support, social activities, assistive technology guidance, and specialist projects that help people stay active, informed and self-reliant.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, helping a loved one, or want to get involved and make a difference, Galloways is here to help.

Together, we can help people affected by sight loss live with confidence, choice and independence.
